Can I Take Magnesium if I Am On Blood Thinning Tablets?

Edited

Magnesium is a vital mineral that supports numerous bodily functions. While there's no widely recognised interaction between magnesium and blood thinners, every individual is unique and responses can vary.

Therefore we would recommend to take you medication and magnesium taurate at separate times, i.e. medication in the morning and magnesium in the evening. Allowing for a long enough period for no interaction to occur. We would encourage you to discuss this with your GP, to find the best solution for you.

If we can be of any further assistance please email advice@ethical-nutrition.com and one of the team will be more than happy to help!
