The recommended daily intake of magnesium can vary depending on age, sex, and life stage.
For adult men, it's typically around 400-420 mg per day, while for adult women, it's around 310-320 mg per day. Our Magnesium Bundle provides 252mg of magnesium per day based on 1 capsule of each type of Magnesium which is perfectly safe.
