Our bundle is intended to be taken as followed:
1 x Magnesium Malate in the morning (providing 87mg of elemental magnesium),
1 x Magnesium Glycinate at midday (providing 90mg of elemental magnesium)
1 x Magnesium Taurate (providing 75mg of elemental magnesium)
