Why am I Receiving Glass Bottles Instead of Pouches?

We’re actually transitioning all our pouches over to glass jars. It wasn’t a decision we made lightly or had much control over, but we carefully considered the impact before making the switch. 

Prior to this change, we sent out detailed communication explaining the reasoning behind it.

From our survey, we found that virtually all our customers recycle or reuse glass, making it the best option for us right now. These changes will be phasing through in the coming months.

Being Ethical Nutrition, we’ve of course gone a step further with our jars. The label, lid and seal are also plastic-free and fully recyclable! This might seem small but adds a big cost due to the required sealing technology.

The change to parcel delivery incurs a high cost for us but we're not changing our postage charges. We really appreciate your patience if you face any delivery issues. As always we will resolve them right away.
